Buildex® has established the new standard in corrosion protection with the introduction of Climaseal® 5.
Climaseal 5 is the first fastener coating which matches the corrosion performance of roofing profiles made from COLORBOND® Ultra steel in both ISO Category 4 and Category 5 environments.
Buildex has used 20 years of experience with real world, outdoor exposure testing on our fasteners to continually offer new and improved anti-corrosive coatings, with Climaseal® 3 in 1990 and Climaseal® 4 in 2004. Climaseal® 5 is our latest unique coating, double the thickness to provide for an ultra high corrosion performance.Climaseal® 5 has a product life and warranty double that of our Climaseal® 4 coated fasteners and will match the corrosion performance of roofing profiles made from COLORBOND® Ultra steel in both ISO Category 4 and Category 5 environments.
Climaseal® 5can also be used with roofing profiles made from COLORBOND® steel in ISO Category 4 environments (Severe Marine & Severe Industrial).
