Buildex® Metal FibreTEKS® self-drilling screws are designed for fitting non-compressed fibre cement sheeting to steel sections up to 1.2mm thick. The underhead cutter on the countersunk rib head breaks up the cement sheet as the head embeds into the sheeting. The buttress thread ensures maximum pullout strength and a higher strip torque into thin metal. This product comes as a pack of 100.

Typical applications include: Eaves, Fascias, Wet areas, Ceilings, Interior walling and Cladding. Recommended Driver Speed – 2500 RPM. Maximum Drilling Capacity – 1.2mm Metal. Minimum Embedment – 16mm. Tool for Driving – No. 2 Philips Drive.
