RippleZIPS® 

Application

Buildex RippleZIPS® are designed for fixing mini orb or corrugated cladding to buildings, sheds and fencing. The Hex Ripple Hex Head has been designed to blend with the cladding and make a design statement. RippleZIPS® can be used in kitchens and other in-house fitouts where mini orb or corrugated sheet is used.

Shed Teks®

Application

Buildex Shed Teks® is a general purpose fastener for fixing metal to metal. It is a 14 Gauge with a 12 Gauge head which outperforms 12g screws in all strength properties.

14-10 Shed Tek will install into steel thicknesses between 1.2mm & 2.4mm, while the 14-20 will install into steel thicknesses between 2.4mm lapped & 6mm hot rolled steel.

Metal Teks® Headlok

Application

Headlok® Security Head screws are designed for securely fastening metal roofing and cladding profiles to prevent unauthorised entry into property. It is ideal for; warehouses and shopping centres, government and defence installations, correctional and storage facilities, community centres and water treatment facilities.

Headlok Security head Teks® are designed to fix into steel purlins between 1.2mm and 4.5mm thick. For fixing into light gauge steel less than 1.2mm, Buildex Headlok Roof Zips® are recommended.
